Painting

Just had to share these cute photos of Cohen's first real art project. We painted on canvas. Cohen did so well! They turned out great, but boy did he make a mess. That is why we are OUTSIDE! They were supposed to be a father's day gift however Cohen decided to drag them out of their hiding place this morning and surprise dad with them early! So I went ahead and posted this:)

Camp Verde!

Camp Verde is where Noah's grandparents have a vacation home. Noah used to spend many days as a child up at Camp Verde and has so many memories there. For his birthday Noah wanted to take us up there (our first trip) to make some of our own family memories. Great grandma and grandpa were there along with Aunt Cortney and Uncle Adam and Addison and Grandma Carol. We had so much fun hiking and eating cake!

Had to stick one in on Grandma Carol signing to Cohen. Yes he is dancing and twirling his arm as always!

Swim Lessons

This summer Cohen had his first REAL swim lesson. Just him and the instructor. No mommy in the water. These pics are a mixture of his first and second lesson because he cried his whole first lesson. The second one was MUCH better. I think he just needed to get used to Anthony his instructor. Now he says Anthony all day long!
All buff in his swim diaper
A little sun protection
And we're of...working on kicks

Cohen's least favorite, the dip.
But he comes up like a pro
and climbs out practically by himself

Kids Club

Cohen is finally getting big enough to go out and enjoy the world and all it's activities. I signed him up for the Westcore Kids Club. This was his first outing:
Very proud of his "VIP" pass.
So this is socializing...
Dancing to the music.

Bored much?

This is what happens when you live in Az during the summer and you run out of things to do...oh, and leaving your child with daddy doesn't help either:
Cohen modeling the array of stickers on his thighs
Who knows, it may be the new fashion trend...
